Individual Therapy
is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained therapist—in a safe, caring, and confidential environment—to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors to improve quality of life.

Couples Therapy
focuses on the problem existing in the relationship between two people. This will help you and your partner identifiy the conflict issues and help decide what changes are needed in the relationship.

Group Therapy
helps people work through problems by interacting with a therapist and a group of individuals with similar struggles and can involve educational lectures, workshops and support groups.

Life’s challenges can be difficult to navigate. Not to mention personal conflicts that may cause stress or experiences of unexpected loss that can cause overwhelming grief. Healing Grace Counseling provides greater understanding of the relationships between families, spouses, parent and children. We provide guidance on how to overcome these challenges by using solution focused strategies and other modules such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

As a Mental Health Professional, I provide empathy through the vehicle of our therapeutic relationship. In doing so, I intend to journey with you towards your healing, while offering tools that resonate with you, and match your situation as much as possible.
As difficult as it may be to take the first steps towards life and healing, I encourage you to reach out and take that first step. This step will be the only one that you make alone. The rest of them will be with me. I am personable, and down to earth. We can do this together.
